Strategies For Managing Change, Organizational Development &
Leadership Coaching

Labyrinth Strategy & Change, located in Columbus, Ohio, is committed to transforming the way organizations think about implementation, alignment, and design of strategy and change. We are committed to helping organizations build strategy and change capability in-house, by managing change management, as a core competency across functions and leadership teams.

Strategy and change is hard work. It's not about feel good exercises that lead to a flurry of activity and minimal change, nor is about thick three-ring binders that provide cookie-cutter content about organizational issues, but little in the way of  solutions other than encouragement to downsize and promises that may or may not materialize.

Strategy and change is about creating continuous and significant improvements in organizational performance with a performance improvement plan through people – leadership and employees – throughout all levels of the organization. Managing change includes creating workforce environments that are both positive and productive in which executive teams and employees are committed to high levels of performance that meet and or succeed organization mission, strategy and customer expectations - short and long term.

Managing change management is about leadership and employee competency and commitment, effective alignment of processes, systems, rewards, responsibilities, specific deliverables prior to versus after strategy implementation, and an organization’s willingness and capability to examine and respond effectively to issues and opportunities with a sense of urgency and quality responses and results… all of which requires the organization to have as a core competency in managing change in the workplace and an ability to design and implement effective strategy and change.

  1. Competent and motivated management, employees and project teams
  2. Integrity and transparency (data, actions, and value-add results)
  3. Accountability, commitment and quality follow-through
  4. Continuous performance improvement (real-time and in things that matter)

The Labyrinth group’s commitment is helping organizations in Ohio and surrounding areas to achieve the above results….
